Presidents Corner
With this News letter we have a new News Editor of the Pit Chatter. Wanda & Bill Goodfellow are looking to scale back on club activities. Marilyn & Pete Poodiack volunteered to take over the newsletter. Marilyn & Pete have been members of ACOT since the middle 1980's. In this issue we are going to start a series on Midget Racing at the Danbury Fair Speedway, CT. By Joe Saleem. Joe has written articles for both the Vintage Oval and Circle Track magazines. Photos to be used are from the Pete Poodiack collection.

ACOT banquet October 23, 2011
Forty-seven people attended ACOTS 29th Annual Awards Banquet held at the Clarion Hotel in west Springfield, Mass. Ken Goewey was once again our Master of Ceremonies. This years guest speaker was Jim Donnelly, Senior Editor of Hemmings Motor News, who spoke about his book written on Don Miller who was associated with Penske Racing.
